Our Policy

Paint With Josh strives to ship all orders out to our customers in a timely fashion. It usually takes between 4 -10 (drying time on original canvas paintings) business days for us to process and ship your order unless an expedited shipping option has been selected. Once we have processed and shipped your order, the actual delivery time varies depending on the shipping address and shipping method selected.

Shipping Cost

Our shipping costs are based on the shipping method selected, the shipping address, the price and the weight of your total order. The total shipping cost will be displayed in your shopping cart prior to payment.

Please note that you will need to contact our office and place your order via phone if your shipping address is in Guam, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau or the Marshall Islands. We currently don't support shipping to these locations via our online order system at this time.

On some very rare occasions the system may display a shipping cost that is far below our actual shipping cost. When this occurs we will promptly notify the customer and provide them with the proper shipping cost and an explanation and give them the opportunity to pay the extra fees or cancel their order.
